This assessment measures the Six Belonging Agreements from Belong & Perform. Each area reveals whether a specific agreement is functioning in your work environment.

For each of the following 29 statements, answer honestly and consciously:

✅ Yes = +1 · ❓ I Don't Know = 0 · ❌ No = –1

Your responses will reflect how well your current work culture supports Feel, Own, and Care Belonging and your personal performance. Low in one of the six yeses doesn't mean you're performing low. It just means that your company's belonging culture isn't helping you in that area. Conversely, a high score in a yes area reveals belonging the area is a driver of your performance.

About the scoring: The +1 to -1 scale reflects reality—a No offsets a Yes. An "I don't know" doesn't add to the score. And "sort of" always equals "I don't know."
