SCHRA Resource Page
Thank you SCHRA Members and Nick Paylor, Ashika Vijay, and Analisa Douglas for enabling our time to spend in conversession together and go over a re-envisioned understanding of Belonging for an empowered framework to bring about strategic HR/People operations.
On December 6 we had a set of three conversessions, that hopefully offered a relational understanding of belonging, that when adhered to, allows you to be strategic in your influence instead of being limited to merely tactical. (Think of a conversession like a great rest TED talk but with conversation, and some presentation. The three conversession segments were on the topics below. Each segment had a 9-ish-minute TED Talk-ish share + 9-ish-minutes of interactive conversation, bringing the concepts from academic thought and consideration to real concrete relational experience.
For your convenience, here’s a link to that night’s presentation with notes in PDF form. Click here.
In gratitude for the time you gave to be here, I’d like to offer you a couple things:
An hour of individual follow-up time, on any of the topics we covered, or, a curiosity for your own growth that bubbled to the surface for you from the conversessions. (Just a thank-you gift.)
The SCHRA 32% discount extended to you through the end of February, for any of the conversession workshops & coaching. See here:
Also, if you’d like to recommend or evaluate this speaking engagement please do so at this link. I’d appreciate it. Thanks.
